General description

• Y, YKS, YKK series 10KV medium-sized high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (H450-630) are the latest products designed and developed in accordance with relevant national and industry standards. The power level, electrical performance and installation dimensions of this series of motors are in line with the national standard GB755 and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC34-1 and GB/T13957.
• Y series is the basic series, the enclosure protection grade is IP23, and the cooling method is IC01.
• YKS is an air-water cooling closed type derived from the Y series, the enclosure protection grade is IP44, IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC81W.
• YKK is the air-air cooling closed type of Y series derivative series, the enclosure protection grade is IP44, IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC611 or IC616. The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3 (horizontal with feet), which conforms to the requirements of GB997 and IEC34-6.

Structure features

• The stator adopts F-class insulation and external press-fit structure, which has good electrical performance and moisture resistance.
• The machine base adopts an integral box structure, which has the advantages of light weight and high rigidity.
• Y series rotors are made of pure aluminum casting or copper bars. The shaft is generally made into a single shaft extension, and can also be made into a double shaft extension.
• The bearing adopts rolling bearing or sliding bearing structure, designed according to IP54, using grease lubrication or oil lubrication, and it can add and discharge oil without stopping.

Operating conditions

• The normal motor altitude does not exceed 1000m.
• The maximum ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C.
• The minimum ambient air temperature should not be lower than -15℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature of the motor with sliding bearing or air-water cooling should not be lower than 0℃.
• Air-water-cooled motor cooling water temperature: the cooling water temperature at the inlet of the cooler should not be higher than +25℃, and should not be lower than +5℃.
• Tolerance values for voltage and frequency:
  The motor can run continuously within ±5% of the rated value and within ±2% of the rated value, and achieve its basic functions, but its performance may show some differences from the rated voltage and frequency, and the temperature rise May be higher than rated voltage and frequency.
  The motor can operate within ±10% of the rated value and the frequency within +3% to -5% of the rated value, and realize its basic functions, but its performance may show some differences with the rated voltage and frequency. Temperature rise may be higher than rated voltage and frequency.
