General description

• Y, YKS, YKK series 6KV, 10KV (H710～1000) large-scale high-voltage squirrel cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motors are a new generation of products developed and designed by introducing foreign advanced design and manufacturing technology and in accordance with relevant national and industry standards. The power level, electrical performance and installation dimensions of this series of motors are in line with the national standard GB755 and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC34-1 and GB/T13957.
• Among them, Y series is the basic series, YKS is a derived series of Y series air-water cooled enclosed squirrel-cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motors, and YKK is a Y series derived series of air-air cooled closed squirrel-cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motors.
• Experiments have proved that the new series of products can reach the world’s advanced level in terms of technical performance and economic benefits. This series of motors generally have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable quality, convenient installation and maintenance.

Structural features:

• The motor adopts a box-shaped structure, and the frame is welded into a box-shaped structure from steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity.
• Y series motors are available in two forms: top-mounted upper cover or frame side panel opening-mounted shutters. YKS series motors are equipped with an air-water cooler on the top of the motor, and are equipped with a water leakage detection and alarm device.
• The stator adopts an external pressure structure, the stator winding adopts F-class insulation material, the 10k motor adopts reliable anti-corona measures, the winding ends are reliably fixed and bound, and the vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI) is used. Therefore, the motor It has good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance and long service life.
• The squirrel-cage rotor is of copper bar structure, which is manufactured by advanced and reliable welding process, and has been verified by dynamic balance, so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
• The bearing adopts the form of sliding bearing, and its protection grade is IP44, IP54 or IP55.
• The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. There are separate grounding terminals inside and outside the junction box. When the motor power is 2000kW and above, a neutral point junction box is installed on the other side of the main junction box.
• According to user requirements, temperature measurement devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
