General description

• Y, YKS, YKK series to 6KV medium-sized high-voltage three-phase induction motors (H355～630) are the latest products designed and developed in accordance with relevant national and industry standards.
• Y series is the basic series, the enclosure protection grade is IP23, and the cooling method is IC01.
• YKS is the Y series derivative series totally enclosed air-water cooling type, the enclosure protection grade is IP44, IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC81W.
• YKK is the air-air cooling totally enclosed type of Y series derivative series, the enclosure protection grade is IP44, IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC611 or IC616.
• The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3 (horizontal with feet), which conforms to the requirements of GB997 and IEC34-6. Other installation methods can be provided according to the needs of users, such as IMB35, IMB5, IMV1

Structure features

• Y, YKS, YKK series 6KV medium-sized high-voltage three-phase induction motor series motors adopt the internationally popular box-type structure, with strong craftsmanship;
• After removing the protective cover (or cooler), you can observe and touch the inside of the motor, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the motor;
• The junction box has a compact structure and a high degree of protection. While connecting reliable terminals, the wiring method is flexible and can be connected in multiple directions;
• The electronic rotor is generally made of cast aluminum rotor, and the rotor cage bar, end ring and fan blade are formed at one time, which improves the operation reliability;
• The stator adopts external press-fitting structure, F-class insulating material and anti-corona material and vacuum intrusion treatment make the motor have excellent insulation performance, moisture-proof and impact resistance;
• The motor bearings use rolling bearings (H500 and below 2-level motors use sliding bearings), and the protection is equal. Among them, the motor using the rolling bearing structure has a non-stop refueling and oil draining device, which improves the operating efficiency of the motor. The user can also select the motor bearing depending on the power and speed of the motor.

Model Description

According to the provisions of GB4831, the motor model is composed of two parts, product code and specification code which is composed of center height, core length serial number and pole number.

Conditions of use and working methods

• The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
• The ambient air temperature range is -15°C~40°C, when the pulley shaft is used, the ambient air temperature range is 5°C~40°C;
• When the motor is running, the allowable voltage deviation is ±5%;
• The rated frequency is 50Hz, and the allowable frequency deviation is ±1%;
• For YKS series motors, the temperature of the cooling water at the cooling inlet should not exceed 33°C, and the minimum is 5°C

Application

This series of motors is suitable for driving all kinds of general machinery. Typical applications: compressors, crushers, coal mills, fans, water pumps, transportation machinery, etc., and can also be used as prime movers in petrochemical and mining enterprises.
