NEMA series standard three-phase asynchronous motors

General description

• NEMA series standard three-phase asynchronous motors are fully enclosed self-fan cooled motors. This series of motors is designed and manufactured in accordance with NEMA standards of the National Institute of Motor Manufacturers.
• The protection grade of this series of motors is IP55, the insulation grade is F grade, the cooling method is IC411, the NEMA standard B design is adopted, the service factor is 1.15, the rated voltage is 230/460V, and the rated frequency is 60Hz. The ambient temperature range is -15℃～40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 3300 feet. It is suitable for occasions without special requirements, and can be used as a power supply for various mechanical equipment. The motor can be specially designed and manufactured according to user needs, such as TC type or H class insulation, or different voltage and frequency requirements.
• The motor is fashionable, well-made, safe and reliable. The motor has the characteristics of high efficiency, low temperature rise, low noise and vibration.

For example,

28 4 T:“28” means that its value is equal to 4 times the height of the center of the base (in),”4″ means the length code of the axial foot hole of the base, and “T” means the base mark with standard size.

Junction Box

The motor has 9 or 12 lead wires, the length of the lead wires is 6 inches from the extension of the frame, the wire end mark and wiring diagram are in accordance with the regulations of MG1-2.62, and there are ground marks and screws in the junction box.
