General description
- YE4 (H80~355) series is a fully enclosed, self-fan cooled high efficiency squirrel cage three-phase induction motor designed and developed by our company with high efficiency and energy saving, using new materials, new technology and optimized design. YE4 series has novel design, beautiful appearance, low noise, high torque, good starting performance, compact structure, convenient use and maintenance, etc.
- YE4 series meet the secondary efficiency standards stipulated in GB18613-2020 “Limited Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors”. This series of motors meets the IE4 energy efficiency in IEC60034-30-2014 and the YE4 performance requirements in JB/T 13299-2017.
- The enclosure protection level of this series of motors is based on GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 “Enclosure Protection Level for Rotating Electric Machines”. The cooling method of this series of motors is IC411 according to GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 “Cooling Methods for Rotating Electric Machines”.
- The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3 (horizontal with feet, end cover without flange), IMB5 (horizontal base without feet, end cover with flange), IMB35 (horizontal base with bottom feet, end cover with flange), IMV1 (vertical base without feet, end cover with flange) in line with GB/T997 and IEC34-7 “motor structure and installation type code” regulations.
- This series of motors adopts F-class insulation, and the temperature rise of the whole series is assessed according to B-class, which greatly improves the safety and reliability.
Structure description
- The motor base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron, and the stator adopts an external press-fit structure. The stator winding is made of round copper wire scattered with soft grade F insulating material. The end of the winding is fixed by a special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The entire stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnating solvent paint (VPI). The motor has reliable insulation performance, excellent moisture resistance and impact resistance.
- The squirrel cage rotor of this series of motors adopts cast aluminum or cast copper rotor, which is reliable in operation; the bearing is a rolling bearing.
- H180~355 motors are equipped with non-stop refueling and oil discharge devices, and special refueling tools can be used for non-stop refueling and oil discharge.
- The main outlet box is a sealed structure, and the protection level is the same as that of the motor. The position of the main outlet box is generally installed on the top of the motor frame, and can also be installed on the side of the frame according to the application. There is a separate ground terminal in the outlet box.
Application
- This series of motors can be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, ventilators, water pumps, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment.
- When YE4 are used to drive blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, winches, crushers, belt conveyors and other machinery with large rotational inertia, relevant technical information should be provided when ordering, and a technical agreement should be signed as the basis for the special design of the motor , to ensure reliable operation of the motor.
