YJK series compact high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor

General description

On the basis of years of production of high and low voltage motors, our company has developed a new YJK series compact high voltage three-phase asynchronous motor with a wider range of use, higher efficiency indicators and smaller volume. Structure and Features

• The whole (base, end cover) adopts high-strength cast iron structure, with orthogonally distributed cooling ribs on the outside of the base, which has good heat dissipation, good overall rigidity, sturdiness and durability;
• The winding iron core adopts the external press-fitting method, which has good manufacturability and convenient maintenance;
• The cage rotor of the motor adopts a cast aluminum structure manufactured by a special process. The rotor guide bar, the ring and the fan are formed at one time, which improves the reliability and increases the moment of inertia that allows the drag load. It can be used in harsh environments and has good electrical performance;
• The special cooling structure is adopted to make the motor run smoothly. Vibration and noise are greatly reduced;
• The junction box has a compact structure and a high degree of protection. It can be connected to reliable terminal blocks, flexible wiring methods, and multi-directional wiring.

Conditions of use and working methods:

• The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
• The ambient air temperature ranges from -15°C to 40°C, and when using sliding bearings, the ambient air temperature ranges from 5°C to 40°C. When the motor is running, the allowable voltage deviation is ±5%;
• The rated frequency is 50HZ, and the allowable frequency deviation is ±1%;
