General description
- YR, YRKS, YRKK series 6KV, 10KV (H710-800) large high-voltage wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors are a new generation of products developed and designed by introducing foreign advanced design and manufacturing technology and in accordance with relevant national and industry standards.
- The power level, electrical performance and installation dimensions of this series of motors are in line with the national standard GB755 and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC34-1 and GB/T13957.
- Among them, YR series is the basic series, YRKS is the air-water cooling enclosed wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor derived from the YR series, and YRKK is the air-air cooling enclosed wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor derived from the YR series.
- Experiments have proved that the new series of products can reach the world’s advanced level in terms of technical performance and economic benefits. Structure features
- YR, YRKS, YRKK series motors adopt the internationally popular box-type structure and have high process performance.
- After removing the protective cover (or cooler), you can observe and access the inside of the motor, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the motor.
- The rotor of the motor is generally made of copper strips covered with F-class insulating material, and the welding between the coils and between the outgoing steel strips and the coils adopts silver copper welding, which improves the reliability of the motor during operation; the stator adopts an external press-fitting structure, F High-grade insulating material and anti-corona material and vacuum impregnation treatment make the motor have excellent and reliable insulation performance, moisture-proof and impact-resistant ability.
- The bearing adopts the end cover type spherical sliding bearing, which has the advantages of strong load capacity and convenient maintenance.
- The junction box has a compact structure and a high degree of protection. While the connection of the terminal is reliable, the wiring method is flexible and can be connected in multiple directions. When the power of the motor exceeds 2000KW, a pair of outlet boxes are usually provided during the motor assembly process to lead out the neutral point in the three-phase windings of the stator.
